PLANNING ACCOUNT DIRECTOR (PUIG)

Job Description

Are you ready to make a significant impact in the media world? We are on the lookout for an experienced and dynamic Account Director to lead the planning and account management for the PUIG UK media team. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact, responsible for driving the strategic vision of both our client and agency. You will oversee the smooth running of day-to-day operations while supporting the Business Director in achieving additional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Shape and drive forward the strategic vision for PUIG UK, ensuring all deliverables are insight-driven, relevant, and innovative.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal activation teams to bring out the unique essence of each brand and fragrance within the portfolio.
  • Client Relationships: Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with key clients, becoming their go-to contact for all needs and queries.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead the team to deliver high-quality output daily and support the Business Director in producing outstanding work.
  • Team Development: Cultivate a culture of curiosity, learning, and growth within your team. Set clear progression plans and be an inspiring leader who motivates and energizes.

Qualifications

  •  Experience in a blended Comms Planning and Account Management role, ideally leading a variety of planning projects and an understanding of how to implement a holistic x-channel strategy
  • Tight project leadership and management skills including driving accuracy, organization and collaboration from our team
  • Unsurpassed attention to detail and media knowledge
  • Team management, ensuring all outputs from them are of a high-quality standard
  • Team development, instilling a culture of curiosity, learning, growth and pride
  • Ability to work within and contribute to an integrated agency team across media and data
