SENIOR INTEGRATED PROJECT MANAGER (6-MONTH FTC)

Job Description

We’re looking for a talented individual who is passionate about the importance of great client service and exceptional project delivery. Your primary focus is to plan and manage resources and work closely with production and suppliers to meet project objectives, along with providing the very best service and experience to keep our clients happy. This role will support one large client, with multiple exciting project streams which touch on food, fashion and tourism.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high levels of client service across the account to provide an effective, enjoyable, first class client service
  • Detailed integration of the client brief and developing our response into a scope of work ensuring to liaise with the relevant internal resources and third-party production teams and partners where required.
  • Planning, organising, controlling and motivating of multiple resources to meet project objectives.
  • Day-to-day responsibilities involve face-to-face communications, regular short team scrums/catch-ups, project plan updates, scope reviews, direction and delegation that align to the overall project plan and management of wider third-party partners.
  • Upon completion, you would evaluate performance and use learning to improve the process.
  • End-to-end control of the budget process. Fully scope, create, evolve and control the budget throughout its lifecycle. Deliver appropriate margin provide regular fee forecast update in line with timing changes and provide a final budget reconciliation upon completion

Qualifications

  • Client facing project management experience, with excellent client service and exceptional project delivery skills.
  • Experience in a similar agency environment, managing and delivering multiple integrated projects and campaigns across a number of client accounts
  • Scoping, planning and managing campaigns with budgets over £500,000
  • Working with client, creative and content teams to deliver integrated projects across various channels and disciplines – PR, social, influencer, web, video, animation, photography, print, events and paid-media.
  • Understanding and experience of end-to-end delivery of website projects including strategy, UX and design. And experience of front-end and back-end build is an advantage.
  • Commercially astute with strong communication skills
