Job Description
Are you an experienced Planning Account Manager looking for a fresh challenge? Join Starcom, where you’ll be working on the Primark UK account. We're driving an exciting digital transformation and need someone like you to help maximise their online-to-instore impact. You’ll play a key role in bridging the gap between online engagement and in-store success, delivering impactful results across a variety of campaigns.
In this role, you'll lead campaign planning, collaborate across media channels, and ensure flawless execution—all while mentoring junior talent and driving meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications
What are we looking for?
- Media Expertise – A strong understanding of media channels and their role within a comprehensive media plan is crucial for driving effective cross-platform campaigns.
- Relationship Building – Proven ability to build trusted relationships with junior clients and collaborate with internal teams, media owners, and partner agencies.
- Organisational Skills – Excellent at managing multiple workstreams and coordinating tasks across teams efficiently, ensuring flawless execution and day-to-day operations.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship – Experience mentoring and guiding junior team members, with the ability to oversee their development and deliver results to a high standard.
