Together, we want to change things up, re-design and challenge how we think of healthcare marketing. We’ve created a brand-new Power of One solution to support Pfizer on this evolutionary journey creating teams to support their global vision whilst staying truly local too.

As part of our continuous drive to enhance our capabilities, we are in search of an Adobe Integration Lead, with a special focus in training on Adobe Workfront and potential other Project Management software. • Work closely with stakeholders and Adobe users across all global markets to understand roadblocks, market-related complexities, WoWs and requirements and chair brainstorming sessions to address and resolve these
  • Attend Pfizer training sessions alongside the US team, translate updates into internal messages, cascading this messaging down into the local market
  • Develop, schedule and lead comprehensive Adobe training and upskilling sessions, tailored to various user levels within our organisation and ensuring that users are proficient in utilizing Adobe Workfront to its maximum potential
  • Create instructional materials, and provide ongoing support to ensure effective adoption and utilization of the platform
  • Lead and manage the CoLab user ticketing system regarding all Adobe platform issues
  • Manage the roll-out and continuous optimisation of Adobe across the Ex-US network
  • Create, own and manage a stand-alone Ex-US training calendar including invites in collaboration with the US CoLab Adobe team (e.g. preparing new Workfront user lists, potentially supporting training scheduling)
  • User management in the system
  • Build a reporting mechanism to enable a 'single source of truth' regarding adobe utilisation and performance
  • Ad hoc support, occasionally catering for different time zones (APAC/LatAM)

Qualifications

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a good grasp of the Adobe management solution or someone that is able to display demonstrable experience within Learning and Development, tools and system implementation or Project Management.
