Job Description

THE CLIENT

Publicis “Power of One” solution for LEGO, a custom-built team created with one purpose in mind – to be LEGO’s partner in unlocking transformative growth in the evolving play landscape. We’ll build upon LEGO’s legacy as a kids’ playmate, evolving to become a leading playmaker in entertainment. We are a team of master builders who all share a passion for the LEGO brand & play!

Our London-based Global and Western Europe team will comprise of around 100 people who are dedicated to LEGO’s business. Supporting up to 55 markets across the world, who are a true extension of our team.

THE ROLE:

This role will be a Paid Social Senior Executive reporting to the Paid Social Account Manager. The Paid Social team sit within the Performance Practice, essentially the digital and performance focused arm of Publicis Media. As Paid Social Senior Executive, you will have the opportunity to develop and learn from our team, while ensuring that all the basics – from campaign set up and reporting to finance – run smoothly.

• Achieve client targets, in conjunction with the Account Manager
• Have an innovative and creative approach to thinking and constant improvements to Meta, X, Snapchat, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn and Pinterest campaigns
• Initiate and undertake campaign management tasks
• Assist in educating/training account teams and clients and selling benefits of Meta, X, Snapchat, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn and Pinterest as new and exciting media channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal agency teams across all disciplines e.g. client planning, buying, search and digital

Qualifications

We are looking for an ambitious, self-starting Executive who can work autonomously on projects if needed, but also enjoys working within a team with a strong, collaborative working ethos. At this level a lot of training will be provided, and we are looking for someone with a strong willingness to learn and develop.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Competent mathematical ability
• Interest in digital media
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
