Job Description

The Data and Analytics Manager will support the D&A Partner in leading and managing all D&A work on a large mobile network provider, specifically driving the strategic use of data to support business goals. This role involves overseeing data collection, analysis, and reporting processes, ensuring that insights are leveraged to inform decision-making across the organization.

You will collaborate closely with Client, Strategy and Creative teams, as well as build a relationship with the client to identify data needs, develop analytics solutions, and ensure the integrity and accuracy of all data outputs.

Key Responsibilities

Ownership and Strategy:

  - Develop and execute a data and analytics strategy aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.

  - Identify opportunities to leverage data to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

  - Collaborate with senior management to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that align with strategic goals.

Data Management:

  - Oversee the collection, storage, management, and analysis of data from various sources.

  - Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across the organization.

  - Implement and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data security, privacy, and compliance.

Analytics and Reporting:

  - Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

  - Lead the analysis of complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

  - Present findings and recommendations to client teams in a clear and concise manner.

Collaboration and Communication:

  - Work closely with Strategy, Client Services, Creative and other departments to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytics solutions.

  - Serve as a key point of contact for data-related inquiries and requests across the account.

  - Communicate complex analytical concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need:

- Intermediate experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role, with experience in a leadership or management position.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data management best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
